Our Process

Step 1: Make Appointment

Contact us at 416.768.9257 or email sue@designjoy.ca to tell us what product types and colours interest you. And photos of your window(s) are optional but always helpful! That way we know which samples and colours to show you during the complimentary consultation.

Step 2: Complimentary No-Obligation Consultation available to clients anywhere in Canada

If you are within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) we usually visit your home or office in-person. However, if you live somewhere else in Canada, we will arrange a virtual appointment.

But in both cases we discuss your needs, recommend products and show you samples.

Step 3: Complimentary No-Obligation Quotation

Based on the products and patterns/fabrics you liked and the dimensions of your windows, we will send you a quote a few days later.

Step 4: Finalize order

Once you accept a quote and pay the deposit, we will order the goods and advise you of the expected date range for delivery/installation.

Please note: if installation or delivery date is critical, please let us know at the start.

Step 5: Delivery and Installation

When your new window treatments are ready:

  • if we are arranging the installation: we ship them to you or the installer for the installer to mount on the date/time on which you and they have agreed.
  • if you are arranging the installation: we ship them to you but we are happy to answer any installation questions you may have.

Either way, once they’ve been installed, you can sit back and appreciate just how much your new window treatments enhance your space!
