Where are we?

Since we work with clients from all over Canada, it doesn’t matter a lot. (But for the record, we are based in Etobicoke, which is part of the City of Toronto.)

We are more interested in where you are….

If you are within the Greater Toronto Area

We usually visit you in person and:

  • When your custom window treatments are finished, we ship them to you; OR
  • If we are installing for you, we deliver them at that time.

We serve homes and businesses in Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham and Pickering or anywhere within a 45-minute drive of our home base of Bloor Street West at Old Mill Road in Etobicoke (Toronto).

OR

If you live anywhere else in Canada

We work with you virtually and by phone and:

  • We can advise you regarding how, where and what to measure for each product type.
  • If you are not handy, we recommend that an installer measures the space before your order is final and installs it on completion. That way you can be confident that your new window treatment will fit exactly as it should.
  • When your custom window treatments are finished, we ship them to you or the installer.
  • In many locations we can arrange the installation if you wish.
